Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that are returned to us with a wrong address, non-deliverable or due to customs charges due, will be refunded to the original payment minus the shipping costs for the item(s) purchased.
Our store currently takes 1-3 business days to fulfill orders from the business day it was placed.

International Shipping
All international customers (outside the U.S.) are responsible for any Customs/VAT fees when the product arrives in your country.

Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unworn merchandise. The item must be returned in "like new" condition without damage, including: smoke, hair, and must not be washed.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Some items are not returnable, such as, jewelry, sunglass, hats, cosmetics, books, journals, notebooks, GM pens, and hair products.
Once we receive and accept the returned item, we will then refund your original payment method for your item(s) minus the shipping charges.
