Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
No returns are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
No international returns are allowed.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, all international sales are final unless the parcel arrives damaged or defective. 


Return Process:

Contact Us: Email us at merch@rebeccazamolo.com to notify us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RMA) along with return instructions.
Return Shipping: Pack the items securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus the return shipping cost.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund (US Domestic customers only) and place a new order. Reach out to merch@rebeccazamolo.com for your shipping label. 

Additional Information:

Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the returned items.
Condition: Items must be returned in "like-new" condition without damage, including smoke, hair, and must not be washed.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at merch@rebeccazamolo.com for assistance.
Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, the original order number is required. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
