Terms & Conditions

Purchasers: 

You agree that you are 18 years or older. Minors are not authorized to make a purchase without parental consent.  

There will be no exceptions to Shipping or Returns due to an unauthorized purchase. 

Orders:  

Purchasers will provide accurate shipping and billing information. The purchaser will pay all costs involved in the reshipment of items purchased due to invalid or incorrect information. 

Possible Error Messages With Shipping:  

When an error message is produced due to the shipping information from the customer, Team Rebecca Zamolo will reach out to the purchaser to verify their shipping information before shipping. If no response is given by the purchaser after the second attempt, the order will be canceled. 

Fulfillment 

Orders will be fulfilled within one to three business days. Team Rebecca Zamolo's days of operations are Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Team Rebecca Zamolo reserves the right to contact the Purchaser with any discrepancies with the order and will fulfill the order once resolved. 

Damaged or incorrect items received:

All damaged or incorrect items must be reported to Merch@RebeccaZamolo.com within three days after shipment confirmation has been received for consideration of replacement and/or refunds. Damaged or incorrect items will not be considered after three days. All items must be reported with a verifying photo. We reserve the right to refund or replace damaged items once verified. Incorrect items that are reported within three days will be resolved with the correct order. Incorrect sent items must be returned in new condition with original packaging. A shipping label  will be provided for the return. 

Exchanges: 

We do not offer exchanges due to stock variations. You may return your item using our return policy. 

Return policy: 

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn merchandise. The item(s) must be returned in "like-new" condition without damage, including smoke, hair, and must not be washed. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Some items are not returnable, such as, Jewelry, sunglass, hats, cosmetics, books, journals, notebooks, GM pens, and hair products. 

Once we receive and accept the returned item, we will then issue you a refund for your total amount through the original purchase source, minus the shipping charges.

Shipping:  

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that are returned to us with a wrong address, non-deliverable, or due to customs charges not paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment minus the shipping costs for the item(s) purchased. 

Please note: at times there will be delays due to weather. Please allow extra days to process and deliver. 

Lost Items: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once we fulfill the order and the carrier/shipper accepts the package, the carrier/shipper is solely responsible for the delivery of the order. Please contact the carrier/shipper chosen directly with your tracking number. Please do not ask for further information as we have the same information as the customer. 

International shipping:  

**All International customers are responsible for any custom/VAT fees that occur when the product arrives in your country**. We do not add customs fees to our shipping costs.

International orders shall provide a phone number as requested by the carrier/shipper. 

Discount codes/Specials:  

Discount codes and specials are only available at checkout. The customer may not combine a new order with a past order to receive a special price or code. We will not issue a sale price for an order that has already been placed. We are not responsible to apply codes that were not entered at checkout. 

Special video:

Please allow 2 weeks for Rebecca’s Special Video to process. Returns are not granted with a Special Video. 

Send your information for the Special Video using the Contact Us page. The processing time will begin once we receive the information from the customer.

Facebook will be able to access personally identifiable information about your Shopify account, including your account email addresses, phone numbers, and locations.

Edit Products:

This includes: products, inventory, product listings, and collections.

Edit Orders:

This includes: all order details for the last 60 days for your sales channel, merchant-managed fulfillment orders, third-party fulfillment orders, and draft orders.

Facebook will be able to access personally identifiable information about your customers, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, IP addresses, and browser user agents.

Edit Customers: 

This includes: customer data and browsing behavior.

Facebook will be able to access personally identifiable information about your customers, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.

Facebook can track online-store browsing behavior including page views, cart updates, product views and searches.

Edit Marketing: 

This includes: marketing events.

Edit Store Analytics 

This includes: tracking pixels.

Edit your Online Store:

This includes: checkout page.

View Shopify Payments:

This includes: Shopify Payments accounts.

This includes: tax data, resource feedbacks, and price rules.
